U.S. freestyle skier Maggie Voisin’s Olympic run is over thanks to an ankle injury, according to the Associated Press.

Voisin, 15, is the youngest U.S. Winter Olympian since 1972. She suffered the injury on Friday while training for ski slopestyle. America won’t replace her with another skier, as it’s too late in the process.

U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association executive vice president for athletics Luke Bodensteiner shares his disappointment for Voisin in USA Today.

“Maggie distinguished herself as one of the top slopestyle athletes in the world in qualifying for Team USA,” Bodensteiner said. “We’re disappointed for her in being unable to start but have great respect for what she accomplished to get here. Unfortunately there is not sufficient time to seek a replacement and have that athlete properly prepare for Tuesday’s competition.”
