The U.S. seeks its first two-man Olympic medal since a silver in 1952. Steven Holcomb leads the United States’ top pairing. He brings a gold from the four-man portion in 2010 and is entering his third Olympic games. Steve Langton joins him on that top pairing. Nick Cunningham and Cory Butner are the other U.S. drivers.

Switzerland’s three-time bronze medalist Beat Hefti might lead the pack of favorites, however there are plenty of other drivers of note, including Russia’s Aleksandr Zubkov. Canada and Germany could be in contention, too.
