Men’s biathlon mass start postponed to Tuesday because of fog

The men’s biathlon mass start event that was originally scheduled for Sunday has been postponed even more, as it will now take place sometime on Tuesday. The fog that canceled men’s snowboard cross also scuttled the biathlon for Monday.

The expected start time for Tuesday hasn’t been announced yet. Biathlon World gives an idea of when officials might announce more information:

France’s Martin Fourcade seeks his third medal of the 2014 Olympics while Norway’s Ole Einar Bjoerndalen hopes to set a record with his 13th Winter Olympics medal. Both will need to wait until tomorrow to see if they can reach such impressive milestones.
