A test event on the first Olympic golf course since 1904 will be held Nov. 26-29, according to a calendar of test events across more than a dozen sports announced by Rio 2016 officials Wednesday.

Rio course construction suffered delays, pushing back a planned test event tournament from one year before the Games to a little more than eight months before the Opening Ceremony.

The Rio Olympic golf tournaments will be 72 holes each for 60 men and 60 women with fields based on Olympic golf rankings with a max of two players per nation, or four if inside the top 15 in rankings.
