U.S. blanks Norway, gets Canada in IPC World Sled Hockey Championship final

The U.S. sled hockey team routed its fourth straight opponent Friday to set up an IPC World Sled Hockey Championship final rematch Sunday.

The Americans blanked Norway 6-0 in the semifinals, running its combined margin of victory to 26-1 in four games in Buffalo, N.Y., this week.

Adam Page scored two goals, while Josh SweeneyDeclan FarmerJoshua Misiewicz and Paul Schaus potted one each.

Earlier, Canada squeaked by Russia 3-2 in its semifinal. Canada, which beat the U.S. 1-0 in the 2013 World Championship final, has outscored its four opponents 27-2 in Buffalo.

The all-North American gold-medal game will be live on NBCSN and NBC Sports Live Extra on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. ET.
