Bob Bowman pens ‘The Golden Rules’ book

Bob Bowman, who has coached Olympic medalist swimmers, including Michael Phelps to a record 22 medals, wrote a motivational book that will hit stores May 17.

The book, titled “The Golden Rules: 10 Steps to World-Class Excellence in Your Life and Work,” includes a foreword by Phelps, who is aiming for his fifth and final Olympics this summer.
