The thriving United States women’s water polo and struggling men’s volleyball teams hope to gather momentum with Saturday matches in Rio.

First it’s the women’s water polo team, who has been dominant in a pair of big wins, with a Noon EDT start against Hungary.

At 4 p.m. EDT, Matt Anderson and the men will tangle with France after a loss to Italy sank them fifth in Pool A.

Howard Shu will take his badminton game to Cuba’s Osleni Guerrero in a trio of badminton games on the day, while several American rowers are hoping to seize medals in rowing.
