South Korean figure skater You Young, a 12-year-old seen by many as the successor to Yuna Kim, attempted a quadruple Salchow in competition on Sunday, according to South Korean media.

Video of the jump is reportedly here, with You appearing to two-foot an under-rotated landing.

Last season, You broke Kim’s record as South Korea’s youngest national champion and then reportedly signed a three-year deal with Kim’s management agency.

You is too young to be eligible for the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Games.

“I began skating after seeing Kim win the gold at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics,” You said, according to the Korea Times. “I have always dreamed of becoming a respectable figure skater like Kim. I’m honored to have joined her agency.”
