Men’s downhill postponed at World Alpine Skiing Championships


The men’s downhill at the World Alpine Skiing Championships was postponed due to fog on the St. Moritz, Switzerland course on Saturday.

The race was rescheduled for Sunday at 7:30 a.m. ET.

The women’s downhill, featuring Lindsey Vonn, is next on the schedule on Sunday at 5:15 a.m. ET.

Both races will be on and the NBC Sports app. NBC will air coverage at 12:30 p.m. ET.

The men next race the super combined on Monday.

The men’s downhill favorites include U.S. Olympian Travis Ganong, the 2015 World Championships silver medalist.
